In your game, tap on the Gear icon (Cogwheel) located in the top right corner of game map screen OR at bottom left corner of game Home page;
Tap on the arrow > at "Accounts & Help";
Next screen - tap on "Help Center";
Now, scroll down to "Events & Challenges" and tap on it;
Look for Episode Race or Champions Race, and tap on it;
Scroll down all the way and click on "Chat with Us" and go from there!

Your initial response will probably be from Kingsley, an AI bot. Please provide as many details as you can, including a screenshot if you have one. Kingsley will forward your issuevto a live agent and give you a ticket number. Monitor your email for further contact from Player Support.

Hi @Erblina, sorry to hear that your Race rewards haven’t arrived yet. Sometimes rewards can take a little time to appear, so please try closing and reopening the game and make sure you’re connected to the internet.

If they’re still missing after that, please contact our Player Support team through the game’s Settings menu, then tap the “?” and choose “Contact Us”. They’ll be happy to look into this for you.
