When I downloaded the game again, all the boosters I had disappeared, as well as the in-game items that help me, like the lollipop, and I don't know why that happened

When you said "downloaded the game again" β did you mean reinstall?
In King Saga games, only level progress & Gold bars are saved to the King Servers. But, boosters we have been saving and lives that were received from our friends are saved to the local memory of the device we are using!
When we delete & reinstall the game - all the memory pertaining to the game also will be deleted! That is the reason, you do not have the boosters in your game!
Same thing happens when you download the game onto a new device! When you log back into the game with your account details - only Gold bars and game progress will be intact but not the boosters!
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do as players about this! If you have any purchased boosters, you can contact King Player Support team and ask for reimbursement! If the boosters collected through events & features, the boosters are gone for good!π’
