Supercharge bomb bonus lost despite within 24 hours and not losing any game. Was advanced to next level but lost the bomb bonus. Happened twice. Anyone facing this issue?

it’s been happening to me frequently. Lots of complaints on here but I don’t think they care. One thing someone mentioned is if you are using the supercharger and stop playing for a long while that will lead to its loss even though it’s still within the 24 hours. This happened to me two times and seemed to explain it, it’s not fair, but it fit my situation,

This should not happen! The supercharge color bomb should be available as long as time has not expired. We cannot access records for individual player accounts from this Community, so I suggest you reach out to King's Player Support through your game:
