I have 20 hrs remaining to collect the rest of the green candies in the 4th slot of the gold box, but wins are frozen at 1979/2300. I closed the game and shut down my computer several times, but it is still not working.

What Level you're. If you're at the end of map, then you have no other choice other than letting the box expire.
