9138 is that even possible?

I have been playing it the whole day playing that. The item is not dropping. Can somebody help?

There are certain rules for how those items (licorice swirls) drop on this level.

* One licorice swirl normally drops every three moves. 
* If the board is sufficiently cleared (there are fewer than three licorice swirls on the board), up to 4 licorice swirls will drop every move.
* If you remove licorice, the next drop of licorice is delayed.

Therefore, the level should be played in this way:

* Clear the licorice in the outer columns really quickly. If this doesn't happen, you don't have a chance.
* From now on, if you remove some licorice swirls, licorice will not drop on your next move. If you don't remove any licorice, it will drop.
* Ideally, make moves allowing 3-4 licorice swirls to drop within one move.
* If you made a move and only 1-2 licorice swirls dropped, try to find a move that will allow more to drop while avoiding removing the ones already on the board.
*  When there are 3-4 licorice swirls on the board, make a move to remove them all (activate a combo or a special candy).

My level 9138 has 17 moves. I found a video that uses the above strategy and completes it in 16 moves (the player starts with 22 moves but wins with 6 moves remaining).

So the level should be possible to complete in 17 moves, but it is certainly tricky and requires planning your moves rather than just clearing everything that is on the board. If you find licorice drops too difficult to control, consider using 10 gold for additional moves.
