Inventory synced across all devices 🤔

I know this has been posted about before, but I can't find it.

So do we know if boosters are now being stored on the King system. Meaning if someone uninstalls their app either by mistake or thinking it needed fixing, they would get their boosters back, even if they didn't pay for them.

Must admit it was a bit of a shock, and a bit scary, not sure what I think of it yet, hopefully it won't be a problem.

Also not sure what happens with lives being sent, I am now well over my 200, so does that mean I won't receive any lives that are sent until I go under the 200 limit. I'm only asking that question, so that I can pass on to all who sends to me. There's no point in sending if we need to wait for me to go under the 200, that could take a while.

Hopefully someone will know all the answers, but if they don't @QueenB do you 👍

@Scooterpie Yes I have tried different browsers. I mainly used chrome for years but I did try others when Facebook started acting up. Facebook don't even have my correct level even without the lack of boosters. I uninstalled game and the browser and installed the new browsers and Facebook. I can't send lives unless asked for either. Just plain weird.

Support can't fix it. They finally email me saying they don't have a specific resolution available for my issue due technical limitations and will not be able to respond further to messages on this topic.

I just need to forget playing on Facebook after all these years. I'm kinda glad because on mobile I am getting a lot of events. No ads or any events that require a leader board since I'm banned from those. Windows app still no ads or most events so it's mobile for me.

@cookiemae that is strange! Have you tried the Facebook browser version on more than one browser. I know you deleted the Facebook browser version but did you delete and reinstall the browser that you were using also? I have had things not syncing in the past between devices. When it happens I play the new levels on the version that has me were I am supposed to be and sort of leave the others alone.

I received this message when playing with my Android phone. Fortunately, I have already uninstall my game on my computer before I receive this message. I play once on my computer during that lost win streak scenario. My old phone have this game before but I have uninstall the game already.

I just hope that my boosters won't sync to other devices which I'm not playing actively. But, now I only play with one device.

Let's hope that it won't sync my boosters to my previous devices.

Hi @Jasam2025 what you have said about your inventory, is what my main concern was over the syncing. Have you logged into your game on your computer to see if your inventory still has your boosters stored? If you haven't try that first, and let us know 👍

It looks like I have a serious issue with that inventory synching.

I am mainly playing on my android phone, but I also have play on my windows computer. What happened to me today is that my game froze in the middle of play on my phone, and my phone restarted.

When I open the game after this it started with level 1. I thought that I have an issue with my phone and I power it off. After power it on again, game started normally, my levels were restored, but my inventory was totally empty. Since I am not playing the game on my computer it looks like that game sync inventory from my computer to inventory on my phone.

I am at the moment on star tournament and I am not using boosters and because of that last time when I took a screenshot of my inventory it was 4 days ago ( today before this fabulous sync happened , I had around 20 ufos and 10 party boosters and definitely more colour bombs and striped candies). See screenshots

What are you suggesting to do inthis case to restore my inventory?

Should I log in to my pc, or should log out from my game on my phone and log back in and in which order.

I spend so much time in watching sweet cinema and trying to finish all side games to get these boosters.

Instead of making this game better you make it worse.

I would have a supporting case for requesting the booster refund concerning the boosters lost after being forced to reinstall the app.

I had to reinstall the app because I had to delete my alt.

@cookiemae, I think if our boosters get messed up, it will probably be on everything. I am going to keep screenshots of my Win App, Facebook browser and my mobile. The boosters when synced are supposed to be a total of what we have on the Win App/Facebook browser (these should be the same amount, mine are) plus our mobile version added together. It would be really great if all goes well.

@Scooterpie So I was able to get the windows app working yesterday. It was correct with my booster and gold.My mobile is correct also not Facebook. I did get the message that all boosters were going to be the same. Not Facebook tho. I still only had a few of each boosters. I deleted my game from Facebook because I'm kinda afraid they will remove my boosters from my mobile and win app. The login was the same on all accounts which was my king login. It's just weird.

@Carol-38 @QueenB this is the reason I have my games saved through the Kingdom and Facebook. This is one of the reasons that I play on the mobile, Win App and the Facebook browser. I have the Win App on 3 computers and I have uninstalled it before but only on 1 computer at a time. With the Facebook version "DO NOT" uninstall the game, if there are problems clear the browser, still have problems, uninstall the browser and reinstall it but do not delete/uninstall the game. So, the only deal for me is will the mobile sync with the others and if/when I get a new mobile phone will my boosters still be there?

Hi Carol,

For players who have the new inventory-sync system, your Boosters are now saved to your account and synced across the devices where you play with that account, rather than being stored only on one device. So yes, in that sense, the inventory is being stored on King’s systems.

What I don’t want to do is make assumptions about what would happen if an inventory was lost because of a technical issue, or what Player Support would be able to restore in that situation. That part falls under Player Support and their recovery policies, so I’d rather not give you an answer that may be incorrect.

But to answer the first part of your question clearly: yes, with the new system, the Booster inventory is saved to your account and synced across devices.

I hope that clears up the part I missed before.

Thanks @QueenB but you haven't answered the most serious question. Could you please read my post to you again, re if boosters are stored on the King system, and what happens if they get wiped off our devices.

Hi everyone, and thanks for the tag @Carol-38 and for starting this discussion ☺️

I can see there are quite a few questions about this, so I wanted to jump in with a little more information about what you’re seeing.

We’re currently testing an update to how Booster inventory is saved in Candy Crush Saga. It’s still being gradually rolled out, which means not everyone will see this change in their game just yet.

For players who have the new system, your Booster inventory is saved to your account and can sync across the different devices where you play using that account.

If you already have Boosters stored on more than one device when your inventory is moved to the new system, those inventories are combined.

For example:

If you had 100 Boosters on one device and 50 on another, you would have 150 once the inventories have been combined and synced.

This should also make changing or playing across devices much easier, as your Booster inventory can follow your account rather than remaining only on one device.

Because this is still being gradually introduced, some of you may already see your inventory syncing while others may not see any change yet. That’s expected for now.

I’m also checking one of the questions raised here about how stored Lives behave with this change, particularly for players who already have more than 200 stored Lives. I’ll clarify that separately once I have the correct information.

Thanks for raising the questions and sharing what you’re seeing in your games. It’s especially helpful while this is still being introduced.
