Epileptic Seizures due to the flashing effects from Music Tour 2026

Hi I’m am experiencing epileptic seizures due from the flashing effects in the Music Season 2026 I have turned EVERYTHING OFF AND STILL YOU CONTINUE TO IGNORE ME!! I am disabled & CCS was my escape for many years. Sadly due to the lack of interest from the CCS developers. I may have to DELETE THIS APP FOR GOOD!!
My user ID is 1825482754 it reminds me of the flashing that they had a few weeks ago. I honestly thought the CCS developers would have more compassion for their players but that’s a joke.

No I have not contact player support about this issue. I’m not sure how to do that since it just started ever since the Music Season started. Yes the flashing effects are still causing the same effects as the Music Season for me. (I’m hoping I answered all of your questions)

Hi @michelereads I’m really sorry we missed this post earlier.

I just wanted to follow up properly because I want to make sure I understand what you were experiencing at the time.

When you posted this, did you also contact Player Support about the Music Season effects and ask whether anything could be done on your account?

And just to separate the two things clearly, we spoke earlier today about the other visual effects currently being tested. Are those causing the same kind of problem for you, or is this mainly connected to the Music Season effects you reported here?

I’m asking so I can make sure I’m passing the right information to the right team and not mixing two different features together.

Hello @michelereads. I am greatly distressed to hear that the flashing effects are causing you to have seizures. Please be assured that this issue has been passed on to management. I do not know how soon the game effects will be modified.

As you explained in a different discussion, you have already turn the "Flashing effects" off in your game Settings. And our CM explained HERE that the effects unfortunately remain in Music Season. I wish there was better news, but the right people are continuing to work on this issue.
