I now have 10 LESS moves on every board, it's been draining my golden bars and boosters really fast.

I only have now a small loan of max 15 moves and because of this iI'm having to spend golden bars and boosters in almost every level, soon it will be all wasted and the game will be unplayable.

these four graphs need no introduction and no labels to describe what happened. King has shown no care in adjusting move limits.

In fact, 94% of the levels has been affected in this way. It is not just the 15-move levels, but almost every level had their move counts uniformly decreased by 5 if the decrease does not drop the move count below 15.
