I’m sorry to hear that you were charged twice but didn’t receive the Gold Bars.
As this purchase was made through Facebook, we’re unfortunately not able to access or investigate the payment from the Community.
Please first check your Facebook payment history and confirm that both charges were completed. If they were, please contact Facebook/Meta payment support directly and report the transactions.
If Facebook confirms that the payments were successful but the Gold Bars were not delivered to your Candy Crush Saga game, you can also contact King Player Support so they can check what happened with the items.
Thanks for including the payment screenshots as well. Please make sure not to share any sensitive payment or personal information publicly in the Community.
