what is the tip to crush the skull as it shown in this figure and then to crush these keys?

The skull you see is called a Sour Skull. To remove it, you need to hit the skull 5 times.
Make a match next to the skull or hit it with a Special Candy such as a Striped or Wrapped Candy. After each hit, the skull will move to another purple pedestal, so keep following it and hitting the pedestal where the skull appears.
Don’t worry about the empty purple pedestals. You only need to focus on the one that currently has the skull on it. Once you have hit the skull 5 times, all of the skull pedestals will disappear and you can continue working on opening the locked area.
