Payments deducted out of bank / NO REWARDS

Good morning,

I have made several payments for rewards I never received. I am back and forth between my Mac Facebook profile and my iPHONE. I have screenshots of me making the payment. it coming out of my bank and the app not updating with what I bought. I did twice yesterday and once today and non of them gave me my rewards.

Please look into this for me. Or refund me my funds.
