If you haven't already contacted Player Support using the link provided by MasterNoob, here is an alternative way to contact them..
Please reach out to them through your game by tapping the gear icon ⚙️ —> Account & Help —> ? Help Center —> Tap the ">" to select the "Events & Challenges" topic and then scroll down to "Episode Race" and tap the ">" next to it —> scroll all the way down and select "Chat With Us.”
Provide as much information and screenshots as you can. They’ll be able to check your account and make things right.
Won race ending in 14195 also won race ending in 14210, still now gold bars, please help me get them. Thank you kindly Georgia!
