Transaction problems on Kindle Fire 7 12th generation (UK player)

I have been playing on my Kindle for some time with no problems, however recently I have been encountering issues when buying boosters.

I use my password, which is accepted but then I get the "circle of doom" until I receive a message saying the transaction was unsuccessful but gold bars are deducted from my account.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game but nothing changed apart from I lost all my boosters. Can anyone advise what I should do to resolve this?

I understand how frustrated you must be and it is regrettable that you lost your boosters as a result of reinstalling the game. Unfortunately, we cannot access records for individual player accounts from this Community, but I have a couple of suggestions:

(2) If that doesn't provide the information you need, please reach out to King's Player Support team through your game:

• Tap the gear icon ⚙️ —> Account & Help —> ? Help Center —> Select the topic "Purchases & Payments" —> Select the topic "Was I charged for my purchase?" If you don't find helpful information in that topic, scroll all the way down and tap “Chat With Us.”

The Player Support Team will have the details about your device and account and should be able to assist you. In the meantime, ve sure your Kindle device is up-to-date.
