I have paid money to open my piggy bank but it hasn't reflected

We’re really sorry to hear that your Piggy Bank did not open when you paid for it. I understand how frustrating that issue can be.

Can you find the answer to your question in the following section from our Help Center?

👉Payments & Purchases -- there are tabs for the various ways purchases can be made.  Choose the moist appropriate tab and then scroll down to an applicable topic.

Unfortunately, we can’t restore items or provide refunds directly here in the Community, but King's Player Support team can help you out. Please reach out to them through your game as follows:

* Tap the gear icon ⚙️ —> Account & Help —> ? Help Center —> Select the topic "Purchases & Payments" —> Select a topic such as "Was I charged for my purchase?" and then scroll all the way down and tap “Chat With Us.” 
* Provide as much information information about your purchase and any screenshots you might have
