i had to delete my e-mail adress because of fishing. But this email was the one i used for my Candy account. How can i set up new email adress for my account without losing my progression ?

I’m sorry to hear this happened. As the email connected to the old account has been deleted, you’ll need to create a new King account first.

To get help restoring your progress, please follow these steps:

1. Download Candy Crush Saga again.
2. Open the game and go to Account.
3. Create a new King account and play at least one level, so the new account and its Game ID are recorded.
4. Go to Settings and select Help Center.
5. Search for Lost Progress and open any article related to lost game progress.
6. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the article and select Chat With Us.

From there, tell Player Support what happened, that the email connected to your previous account was deleted because of phishing, and that you need your latest level restored to this new account. Please include as much detail as possible.

If you made purchases on the old account, mention this as well and share any purchase receipts or details you still have.
