Music season

Hi community, I received a notification to play 16 levels for the start of the music season. I then played level 16 without any problems. After that, I received the message shown in the image. However, the music season map never loaded. It's probably a server error. I've tried many things to fix the synchronization: 1. Clearing the game's cache didn't work. 2. Logging out and logging back in didn't work. 3. Connecting to the game with a fresh installation from a different device didn't work. 4. I'm trying to contact support, but I keep getting routine robot responses. This doesn't solve the problem. What do you recommend? The game version is uptodate

I tried many things. I cleared the cache. I logged out and logged back in. I even tried setting it up fresh on a new phone, but it didn't work. I receive notifications about the music season; when I click on them, the relevant message appears, but the map remains in classic mode. Finally, I created a new account on a new phone and played; I've reached level 350 now. Strangely enough, the music season hasn't started on the new account either. It's very odd.

So yeah, it doesn't look like you have the Music Saga adventure where you have to rescue the characters on the last level of the episode 🤔

I will have to share this with the team incharge as either the pop up got sent to you by mistake or there is another issue. Could you please provide me with your Game ID?

I assume the Music Season has been rolled out to all players at all levels. Please be sure that both your device and your game app are up-to-date. Then close and reopen your game app. You might also need to restart your device.

Some players reported that the Music Season's Saga Adventure appeared after passing 15 new levels.

What are the requirements for a new player to participate in the music season? For example, what level do they need to be at? Things like not having unlocked power-ups, etc. Are there any such conditions? I'm level 130.

I don't remember if I clicked the "i understand" button or if I clicked 'x'. But the game continues in classic mode as shown in the picture. I'm currently on level 14286. It's still in classic mode.

Hi @yhnkks, thank you for the details. The message in your screenshot is the Music Season introduction, so that part looks as expected.

Could you please share a screenshot of your Saga map after you tap “Got it”? This will help us understand what is not loading and whether the Music Season elements are missing from your map.
