after winning half of the required pins suddenly its locked showing Coming Soon tag

Hi @aisha124! Just a quick update: I had the same thing happen in my game today 😊
The team explained that this can happen after a game update. Your collected pins and progress aren’t lost, but the game needs a little time to sync before your collection appears again.
Try closing and reopening the game while connected to the internet, then playing a level or two to give it some time. Let me know if your pins come back or if you’re still seeing “Coming Soon” 💬

The new Pins collection should have started on September 8, so I just want to understand exactly what happened on your side.
Did you have access to the new Pins event two days ago and were able to collect Pins, but now it has disappeared and shows Coming Soon instead?
Could you also please send us your Game ID so we can take a closer look?
If possible, a screenshot of what you’re seeing now would also be really helpful.
