suite à une MAJ de W11 qui s'est mal passée j'ai du reinstaller le jeu. tout refonctionne SAUF qu'après une victoire tout se bloque. je ne plus progresser

après la victoire le jeu se fige et je dois fermer Candy crush
rien n'a été enregistré, avant de se figer l'animation se déroule normalement jusqu'à NIVEAU TERMINE puis l'écran suivant se fige :

Thanks for the extra details. That does sound strange, and I’d like to understand a little better exactly when the game freezes after you win a level.
When you complete a level, does the game register the win and then freeze before returning you to the map? If you close and reopen the game, are you then able to see that the level has been completed and continue to the next one?
If this happens again, could you please send us a screenshot showing exactly where the game freezes? That would help us understand what is happening.
