Why have I not received lives or requests for lives in the last 2 weeks

There could be several reasons why you are not receiving lives or requests for lives from your friends. We have a number of articles related to "lives" in our Help Center "How to play" section. That section has tabs for various devices, so select the tab for your device and see if there are articles that might offer an explanation.
When you look at your Friends in your Candy Crush Saga game, you can see in their profiles whether they have sent any lives this week. If not, you might try to add some new friends. Some of our members send hundreds of lives each week.
