Lost my 1400 gold bar when i sign in in apple id.

I used to play Candy Crush Saga without ever logging in. Recently I tried to log in on my other iPad and chose Apple ID. After logging in, my 1,400 gold bars disappeared. I had never logged in with Facebook or King before. I contacted the bot and left my email, but no one has replied.
