Hi @BestTeam2026 😊 Are you referring to Candy Teams?
There are two team events: Team Quest, where you work together to unlock reward chests, and Team Clash, where your team competes against other teams for rewards.
When you say you lose your bonus, do you mean a reward you’ve already collected disappears, you don’t get to collect it before the next event starts, or your points go back to zero?
Could you share a screenshot of the event and tell us which bonus is missing? That will help me understand what’s happening 🙂
