Did you try to do what our Community In-charge suggested?
Only the King Player Support team has resources to assist you with account related issues! In this Community, all of are players just like you. And the Community Manager won't have special resources that are needed to help you!
Hence, there is no other way but to contact the King Player Support team to change your game account but keep the same game ID number!

Open your Profile β Help Center, choose an article about accounts or logging in, then scroll down and tap Chat With Us.
Explain that you want to keep your current progress but connect it to another Facebook account, and include the user ID you shared here. They can check your account and advise you on the next steps.
