Why?

I have done everything to get candy crush to not say I'm offline. I deleted fb and c crush restarted and lost all my boosters that I won and paid for, I had 87 color bombs, 47 lucky candy and 17 mystery candies 92 ufo"s. And my 2 free spins for today. It says still I'm offline so I would appreciate getting this fixed and give all my boosters back. Im not gonna play or buy anything else until? Please and thank you

Hi @dancerchic1 , I’m sorry you’re still seeing the offline message after trying to fix it, and that your boosters are now missing too.

Could you tell us what device you’re playing on and share a screenshot of the offline message? Does it appear when you try to sign in, or while you’re already in the game? Please don’t uninstall again while we look into this.
