Did not get fold bars

I completed the episode race for level 20870. Sent 8 or more emails to support and I keep getting the automated reply but no actual contact that the issue is being researched. This is vwry frustrating. I have sent messages over 3 days and keep getting the automated reply.

Hello, @vfholmes19. There's been some confusion regarding the Episode Race recently. Please reference out post below to confirm if you actually played the Carmel Cup instead, which only give gold bars as a grand prize:
