Hello King Player Support, I have contacted support almost 20–30 times regarding this issue, and I have already provided screenshots and videos as evidence. Unfortunately, I have not received any proper response or assistance. I am requesting your help with the rewards that I lost: * 🎉 20 minutes Party Booster/Reward * 🐠 20 minutes Fish * ❤️ 30 minutes Unlimited Lives Because these rewards were lost, I was unable to continue playing properly and I have now lost my 36-win streak. This is a huge loss for me as a dedicated Candy Crush player, and I am extremely disappointed that I have not received any help despite repeatedly contacting support and providing evidence.

its happen 8 to 10 days ago!! My game got freeze

I have sent multiple emails since last 3 days!

My game got freeze while i was playing and my rewards gone missing because of game freeze kindly help! I have used my extra moves to get the train and i have to forcefully closed the game! This is so mean and frustrating that i am not getting any help and resolution of the issue have sent multiple emails regarding this issue but i am still unable to get any resolution!
I am left with just 1 gold because i have used my gold bars to get the express delivery train and my game got freeze! Then i have to close the game forcefully

I am sorry to hear about the issue you have experienced in your game! Can you please tell me when you had this issue?

When you send a complaint to the King Player Support team, they usually send an automated email as an acknowledgement! You must have received that as well. Did you try to reply back to that automated email(s)?

You said you contacted Support almost 20-30 times! Does it mean that you sent that many different emails or did you send a reply to that automated emails that many times?

Did you receive a ticket number from the King Player Support team? Can you please let me know these details for me to be assist you better!
