i lost my Facebook account

Hello, I have a Candy Crush account (ID 2263917688) currently linked to a Facebook account that I can no longer access. I would like to switch to using the email address letitiasincar@yahoo.com while keeping my current level. Could you please create a King account with this email address that I can use to log in from now on? Thank you. This account is currently used on a Samsung A72 phone, and I would like to log in on a Samsung S25 phone later on.

Hello @Letitia1022🤗 Welcome to the King Community!

Except for the Community Managers & Game Experts, everybody in this King Community are players just like you.  Also, an account needs password which means case sensitive which should be accessible only by yourself!  Hence, we can only suggest you what to do, but not create an account!

Community Managers are the King employees, but they too won't be able to create an account because of the same reason I mentioned above!

If your email address is the same for your King account & Facebook account, then you can create the account by yourself on your mobile device.  And, the steps are given in game App Help Center by following below steps⬇️

* Click on the Pink Gear icon (Cogwheel) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
* Click on the arrow > at "Accounts & Help";
* Next screen - click on "Help Center";
* Click on - "Save & Sync your progress";
* Scroll down a bit and click on - "Merge your Facebook and King accounts";
* Follow the steps given.

If you are using different email addresses for your accounts (King & Facebook), you must ask for King Player Support team's assistance as only they have the resources to assist you.

I wrote to https://soporto.king.com/contact because I created a King account but haven't received a reply; how can I transfer my progress to the new King account created using my email?
