Did you mean from one account to another account - with different email addresses? OR from King account to Facebook account?
If it is from one account to another account — you will need King Player Support team's assistance to transfer the progress.
If it is from King account to Facebook account — you can simply "sync" your accounts and the instructions are given in the game App Help Center!
