Many levels that are filled with sugar coats are clearly not designed with win streak and timed boosters in mind. If a color bomb is placed inside a sugar coat, it makes the level unintentionally much harder because color bombs are unmatchable. It also sometimes completely breaks the level's central puzzle.
To fix this, color bombs from win streak and/or starting boosters placed in sugar coats should completely destroy the sugar coat. If sugar coats are needed for orders and order locks, then the destroyed layers should be subtracted from the requirements.
