When playing the game the ads blanking out and yuh ain't getting no rewards

Hello @taniholder_333.  I share your frustration and have had the same phenomenon in my game.  It can be very annoying when we need those rewards to win a level.  On some ads, there is a button in one of the corners of the ad. After tapping on that button, you can select "Broken" from a set of options.  This won't get you a reward, but it should return you to your game.

Whenever ads do not work as intended, it is best to make the King advertisement team aware of such issues.  The process  for doing this is described in the following article from our Help Center.

Alternatively, you can contact King's Player Support through your game.

In the game, go to Settings → Account & Help → Help Center, search for “ads”, open “How to report an ad in your game”, then scroll down and select Chat with us.  Kingsley, the AI bot will respond and you will need to provide all the information listed in the Help Center article.  Then you will be given a ticket number and the issue will be forwarded to the Ad Quality team for review.

It is important to report faulty ads. The more complaints submitted about a given ad, the greater the likelihood it will get fixed or removed completely.

Hi @taniholder_333 , sorry you’re having trouble with the ads.

Just so we can understand exactly what’s happening, could you let us know:

* What happens when the ad plays? Does the screen turn black or blank?
* Are you able to close the ad normally afterwards?
* Does the game return to the game screen, but the reward is missing?
* Which device are you playing on?
* Has this happened with one specific ad, or with several different ads?

If you can, please also share a screenshot of what you see when the ad blanks out. That will help us work out whether this is the same issue we’ve seen before or something different.
