I’m sorry to hear you didn’t receive the Gold Bars from your Episode Race and Chocolate Box rewards.
Unfortunately, we’re not able to replace missing rewards from the Community, so for this one you’ll need to contact Player Support so they can check what happened on your account.
You can reach them directly from the game:
Profile → Help Center → choose the relevant article → scroll down → Chat With Us
If possible, let them know roughly when this happened and which rewards were missing.
