I was watching the advertising videos to get boosters, but since yesterday some videos don’t close, and is not showing the little “x” to close either. I lost many levels because of this.

Hello @thaislopes and Welcome to this Community! I share your frustration when ads do not close and no rewards are given. This has happened to me multiple times, too. Sometimes I have had success by taping on the "back" button on my device. This might return you to the game but you might not get the reward for watching the ad.
When ads do not work as intended, it is best to make the King advertisement team aware of issues. The process for reporting ads is described in the following article from our Help Center.

Alternatively, you can contact Player Support directly in your game. Go to Settings —> Account & Help —>→ Help Center, search for “ads”, open “How to report an ad in your game”, then scroll down and select Chat with us.
It is important to report faulty ads. The more complaints submitted about a given ad, the greater the likelihood it will get fixed or removed completely.
