You only obtain the rewards from the Train if you win the next level you play after the Train appears.
If you played that level but your game froze before you completed the level then you do not count as completing that level.
King will not credit you the lost boosters or the gold you used. King generally do not accept any responsibility for a game crashing but instead always blame your device/internet.
i have won the express delivery train reward but my game got freeze and i have to close the game forcefully!! My 20 gold bars which i used for extra moves to get the express delivery train got wasted because my game got freeze!! All my rewards and gold bars are lost and i am stuck since then on a same level!! I really need a help! I have sent multiple emails too but i didn’t get any response!! I am stuck since 10 days on a same level!

I understand you did not receive the rewards you were expecting from the Express Delivery. Did you win your next level on your first try? That is required to earn the rewards from the Express Delivery Train. If you did not win on the first try, the Train moves on. Can you verify that you won the next level on your first try before the Express Delivery Train moved on? Do you remember which level that was?
