Candy Crush Jelly and Soda saga

I haveneen unable to access

soda saga on my laptop for about 2 months now and today Jelly Saga id]s now inaccesible as well. I've deleted and reintalled Candy Crush Soda saga loads of times and Jelly today but it makes nio difference neither will open ?
