Game is not working

Question

I'm not receiving any extra moves or Ads. The game has been extremely slow today. I have cleared the Cache and shut my phone off and turned it back on, and it still seems to be slow. Is there a glitch? It's taking me a very long time to get through 1 level, and that's if I'm lucky enough to get through a level since I'm not receiving ads.😏🫤

@kiara_wael My game was working fine for the past 2 days, but now I'm not receiving Ads or the Sweet Cinema. I have cleared my cache, shut my phone off, and haven't had any luck. I can send you a screenshot if you would like me to? Until the issue is fixed, I don't want to play since it's not fun playing the game unless I use gold bars

* Restart your device
* Make sure your game app is updated to the latest version
* Try logging out of your King or Facebook account in the game, then log back in again
