You will need to contact King Player Support team, as only they have the resources to transfer your game progress to a new account!

Looks like you are using a mobile device. You can send your complaint directly from your game App. Please follow below steps to send your complaint:

• Open your game and stay on "map";
• Click on the Pink Gear icon (Cogwheel) located in the top right corner;
• Click on the arrow > at "Accounts & Help";
• Next screen - click on "Help Center";
• Under Popular Topics - click on "Save & Sync your progress" ;
• Pick on of the choices given and scroll down all the way;
• Click on "Chat with Us" and go from there!
