Charging large purchase price for small purchase?

Hi - I purchased a small 10 bar order for $1.99 and was charged $8.99. This has happened several times. Please refund.

I am very sorry to hear that you were overcharged for the package(s) you purchased!

For assistance with purchase related issues, you will have to contact King Player Support team because the Community In-charge team do not have resources to resolve it!

If you are using a mobile device, you can send your complaint directly from your game App by following below steps⬇️

* Click on the Pink Gear icon (Cogwheel) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
* Click on the arrow > at "Accounts & Help";
* Next screen - click on "Help Center";
* Select "Purchases & Payments" under Popular Topics;
* Select a suitable option like "I don't recognize the purchase" (or "overcharged") - depending  on whichever option is available on your device and go from there.
