I lost my streak and bonuses due to a bug on level 1743 won't let me win even though I have technically beat it 3x.

As PummyRaj mentioned, there is no exit in the center column. You have to keep the Sprinks away from the very middle.
What happened is that empty space in the bottom-middle area caused the Sprink to slide in there. Right now, it's stuck, but you can get it unstuck with a free switch booster or by setting up a match that involves switching the Sprink's column.

Try to build one of those setups to switch the Sprink's column.
Fortunately, there aren't many levels where a situation like this will arise. Being aware of column-switching will help you deal with those levels if you get into such a situation.

If you notice your screenshot, there is no portal arrow below to the Gummy Dragon. That's the reason, it is not falling out of the gameboard!
I watched couple of YouTube videos and all are just like the level you have! You have to make sure that, that last Gummy Dragon does not fall in that area! There are 8 more moves left. Check if you can move the Dragon either to right or left of your gameboard.
