Purchased gold not received

I purchased 250 Gold Bars for ₹550 through Google Play on 12 Sep 2026. The payment was successful, but the Gold Bars were not credited to my Candy Crush account. Transaction ID: GPA.3334-1932-5995-90720. Please either credit the Gold Bars or process a refund.
