But the event has closed, I can’t collect the platinum pins anymore

According to the information from App Store⤴️, my playing version has been released 6 days ago and there has a version of 1.337.3 released yesterday

The team has asked if you could provide a screenshot from the App Store showing which game app version you have installed as our system shows that the game might be running on an older version which is causing issues.

I close and reopen Candy Crush several times and have passed an episode but no any changes in my pins collection.
I still see the upgrade message alongside “You finished all the sets.”😔

The Platinum Pin set is a test.
Everyone got the Platinum pins after completion of normal pins since the third collection—Travel Adventures in last September. Music Moments is the ninth collection now. The gold pins are first introduced into the collection this time, so if it has a test, it should be the gold pins not platinum pins.
They also appear to have had a notification regarding the Platinum Pins

No advanced path to the platinum has been shown in their screenshot compared to mine! Therefore many players don’t know Music Moments has 3 kinds of pins this time. They don’t have notifications like this⤵️
So they think the grand prizes may have 180 gold bars after completing all platinum pins, but I do know it is only 120 gold bars not 180 gold bars from the information inside my game.
I'm at 0/81 pins for the platinum collection.
They also appear to have had a notification regarding the Platinum Pins @michimune
If you compare my screenshots with hers, you will notice mine has already got the platinum pins notification.
@michimune apparently not everyone receives the Platinum Pin set as an option in their collection. The Platinum Pin set is a test.
