From last 55 days my daily Express Delivery Train is missing and in email they say it's temporary while it's available to all other players,2nd issue is 4 times my game crashes and screen blackout during play leads to significant loss,but king support team not responding despite 50 times+ I registered complaints,where to go now?from whom I can get help?what's the solution?

Hello @Swati630. I can see that you are extremely frustrated by multiple issues with your game. As you have already discovered, the Express Delivery Train feature is not a permanent feature in Candy Crush Saga. Special events like these are bonus features in the game and therefore not designed to be there permanently. To help keep things fresh and interesting, our studio tweaks and introduces new features every so often. As such, they need to thoroughly check these during gameplay, so these special features may appear or disappear during ongoing tests, as well as during scheduled maintenance checks. And they might not appear for all players at the same time.

However, events and features in our games can temporarily disappear when there is a connection issue during login. This can be a hiccup, a peak in the signal, or a momentary signal loss. Normally, it comes back after you do one of the following:

1. Play one level
2. Close the app and restart your device
3. Check that you have a stable connection

Finally, the issues you are experiencing could be related to your device rather than the game. So, I encourage you to try the following troubleshooting tips to maximize the chances of the game running more smoothly for you:

• Internet: Ensure you have a strong and stable Internet connection.
• Updates: Check the app stores to update to the latest version of your game if needed, and the latest software update for your device.
• Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? We recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.
• Cache: Clear your game cache. Do NOT clear your game data -- that is where your boosters are stored. For Android devices: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Saga > Storage > Clear Cache ; For iOS devices: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
• Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
