team mission won and not recieved the won hold

Hello,I am writing to report a technical issue and request assistance with my game progress.

1. Missing Rewards: Our team won the team mission, and I was supposed to receive 20 Gold Bars. However, due to a glitch, I never received the gold or any other rewards. Please check my account logs and credit the 20 Gold Bars back to my balance.
2. Level 9230 Glitch: Right after this glitch occurred, my game progress got stuck. I have been unable to pass Level 9230 for a whole week. It is completely impossible to beat, even when using full boosters. It seems the level is bugged or broken because of the glitch.

Please fix this error on Level 9230 and return my missing 20 gold.
