🚂 Express Delivery in Candy Crush Saga: How are the train rewards working for you?

It’s been a little while since we introduced the mystery boxes to Express Delivery, so we’d love to hear what you think!

If you’ve seen the train where you choose one of three boxes with a question mark, how has the experience been for you?

If you don't remember how it used to look, here is how it look before:

A few things we’re curious about:

Is it easy to understand? Is it clear what you need to do and which rewards you can earn?
Are the rewards what you expected? When you win, does what you receive match what the train and your chosen box showed?
Are you happy with the rewards? Is there anything you particularly enjoy or miss from before?
Has anything felt confusing or gone wrong? Tell us about it in your own words.

You don’t need to answer every question. Whether you enjoy the surprise, prefer the previous version or have an idea to improve it, we’d love to hear your thoughts.

Of course some of us want better rewards, because why not? More is always more as they say. But mostly, I’m happy with the rewards.

Still - yeah, sometimes that train is a lifeline. True. Depending on the rewards, of course.

Agree with the points you make. Regarding clicking the box three times, there is a bit of variation in the final prize awarded occasionally, so I guess it is to allow for this. With the gold bars, for instance, I have received 10 on circa 90% of the times I have won them, but I did once get 5 and received 15 on a couple of occasions. I agree that if the prizes are set in stone at all times, the need to press three times is superfluous.

I too am a fan of the new feature, and I think it played a notable role in helping me complete the Music Season challenge in recent weeks. I found myself being minded to be patient sometimes and await the 20-minute Party Booster offer that comes along after 5 or 6 prior offers.

I do like the Express Train in its current form, and hope it will remain in the game!

I hope the overwhelmingly positive feedback players have been giving will not lead to the feature being removed @QueenB , as has happened too often in the past when we have given positive feedback.

This is a great feature, which also works well offline, so it is useful for those players with poor internet connections as well. The value of the main offer increases the longer a player is stuck on a specific level, so this feature is invaluable for players who are stuck on a tough level for a long time and who may be on the brink of quitting.

The boxes with the ? symbol are easy to understand and I don't have much of an opinion about the prizes they contain, they are all three good. I have been wondering why we always need to click on the boxes three times. The third tap will always give the best prize, so the first two taps are pointless.

The best one is when you get GB, maybe you can include UFO in rotation

I have played Express Delivery a few times already and like it. The gifts are great, but they don't always match what you are shown on the train.

Music season was a daily commitment minus 2 days I didn’t play. A month of playing well worthy of 700 gold bars. I can easily use 200.

I do like the Express Delivery rewards. Any reward is very welcome. They are easy to understand, I mean just pick a box. I can’t honestly say whether I get the exact ones on offer as I tend to forget what they were when I’ve finished the level 😆

I have never played either version, I have never seen this. I usually play new levels on the Facebook browser version. Also, I only have the Music Season on my Win app and my mobile app although I progress by playing levels on the Facebook browser version?

I have to say that I like it and it has been a very helpful feature in getting me close to finishing the Music Season Challenge.

Sometimes it pays to be intentionally patient in order to get the Party Booster as you can progress several levels in the 20 minutes provided - especially if it coincides with having the Super Bomb feature. It has all worked seamlessly and I have always received what I have anticipated. Other aspects of the game have become quite glitchy recently, probably due to introducing too many new features all at once, but I am sure you are aware of this from feedback elsewhere.

Looks like I am on schedule to complete the quest for 200 Gold Bars in time. In terms of feedback on that specifically, 900 levels in 36 days (25 per day) has been at the limits of what I think is a legitimate challenge. I fully appreciate that acquiring 200 Gold Bars should require a decent amount of time and effort, but as someone stated in a post elsewhere, this is kind of at the threshold of requiring you to maybe commit more time to a game over a prolonged period than is optimal, or even healthy.

So in summary, thanks for the Music Season quest, fairly sure I will complete it - but please do not make future challenges any more difficult than this as I think it would be a step too far in terms of reasonable commitment.

I also think it's good if you can get 10GB. But why do you have to click on it three times when selecting the package? If you get it, it doesn't make any sense.
