I completed the first batch of records in the music challenge and wad supposed to receive 200 gold bars. When I clicked on the button to claim them it said, "you need to ne online to claim the reward" - whatever that means, because my internet was on. So whatever connection issues ocurred were not my wrongdoing. But now there's a tick next to that reward as if I had claimed it, but I have not received the reward. How can I contact anyone for help?
