I've been playing Candy Crush for over 15 years. On Sunday (9/27/26), while I was playing my profile picture was replaced with an avatar. When I tried to retrieve my picture, I lost my progress. I logged out and logged back in - I found my level to be 3 instead of in the mid to upper l8,000. How can I retrieve my progress?
