No password reset email arrives

I really need some help.

I can't gain access to my account after having a new phone.

Whenever I try to reset my password, it says the email has been sent but it never arrives. It's not in any spam folders etc

Im in the 11k levels, it's taken me a long time to get here, and money spent also

Customer support keeps sending me a generic email and doesn't respond to me. I've contacted them 10+ times.

Can anyone help?
