Episode Race Not Opening + Missing Gold Bars

Question

My Player ID is 7514027650.

I won my last Episode Race but did not receive the Gold Bars. I can now see the purple new-race icon, but when I tap it I get “No internet connection. Please try again later.” The new race does not open.

Please check my account for this Episode Race bug and restore my missing Gold Bars.

@MasterNoob I noticed on a few of your posts in response to questions that you have included candy crush soda in your answer. Most of the questions asked are for candy crush saga. The episode race in this one is not for soda but you said go to settings in candy crush soda on android. This is not the only post where it's clearly asking a question about saga not soda.

Please try the following lets see if it helps 💓

Force close apps and restart your device.

Check that you have the latest game and device updates

You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues

Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache

iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
