Daily Express Delivery Train Missing from last 2 months

My daily Express Delivery Train is missing from last 2 months,almost 2 weeks completed I'm continuously complaining for resolution and restoration of Express Delivery and 3 crashes screen blackout causing me significant losses and still no response received from King Player Support,what's the reason?where to register another complaint for the resolution of these problems?

Hi @Swati630 , thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear you’ve been having several problems with the game.

Just to clarify one thing first, Express Delivery is not a permanent feature, so it may not always be available in your game. Features and events can sometimes come and go, and unfortunately we cannot manually restore Express Delivery to an account.

However, I’d like to better understand the crashes and black screen you mentioned, especially since you’ve already contacted Player Support.

Could you please share the ticket/reference number from your conversation with Player Support? You should be able to find this in the emails you received from them.

Also, please let me know which device you’re playing on and which version of Candy Crush Saga you currently have installed.

Once I have that information, I can take a closer look at what you’ve already reported.
