Lost gold bars after sign-in

Question

Hello,

I was at level 20211 with over 200 gold bars without signing in to my account

I decided to sign-in to an older existing account

I retained all my boosters and level progress after the sign-in. Bur majority of my gold bars disappeared immediately after connecting/signing into my account and I only got 18 gold bars.

How do I get back my earned gold bars? Since I retained everything else, I'm at a loss

I wrote to the customer centre, but I'm getting generic answers

I saw another thread with this issue with your replies. Can you help me regain my gold bars? I retained everything else and only lost my gold bars after I signed in
