Login on a laptop

Hi. My phone is faulty and i have downloaded the pc version of the app on my laptop but i can't continue with my progress. I have linked my fb account to the game already and i tried to log into the pc app with the same account but it's not going through (just keeps loading with no progress). Please how do i resolve this?

This account is not the account involved. I had to open a new king's account to send this

Hi my friend sorry to hear this it can sometimes an issue within the game.
Please try the following lets see if it helps 💓
Force close apps and restart your device.
Check that you have the latest game and device updates
You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues
