Good morning, I am not receiving the gold bars that I win by passing all the levels

Check your Episode/Champions Race flag that appears on the map Maria. If your flag has a timer then this means you are playing the Caramel Cup. This is an Event that occurs over the weekend and when playing the Caramel Cup you only receive gold after you have won three Episode races.
